Dead Center on the Bleed Out Mutation, Expert

Bleed out is interesting, you need to move fast as your health decays and hordes spawn near constently but not so fast or reckless you leave your team behind (especially bots), sometimes it can be easier due to the flag making hordes perfer behind spawns, making some gauntlet cresendos easier. Although your healing is very limited and spitter goo (and everything else) is extra deadly due to only having temporary health.

It went very smooth, except the finale where i got incapped twice which was probably my mistake
