Build a Facebook Chatbot: Channel Setup

With Landbot, you can create a Messenger chatbot and connect it with your Facebook page in just a few simple clicks👇

This short Facebook chatbot channel setup tutorial shows you how to connect your chatbot to an existing Facebook channel using Landbot:

🔷 Click on “Channels” option in the left-side menu bar
🔷 Select “Messenger”
🔷 Click “Create a New Channel”
🔷 After you select “Log in to your Facebook Account” you will be redirected to Facebook to complete the login process
🔷 Once you are logged in, back in the Landbot app, you will be able to select a specific Facebook page associated with your account from a dropdown list & create a custom name of this channel
🔷 Click “Confirm” and your channel will be added to your Landbot account
🔷 When you click on the already created channel, select “Link a Bot” and select the bot you want to connect from the dropdown list (a “Testing Bot” will be automatically created with each new Facebook channel so you can test the connection before you start building your own bot)
