In this video, we will cover the basics on how to use your spies effectively.
I will also share with you some of my favorite tricks for spies!

A couple of additional notes concerning this video:
Collaboration governments are not available to democracies, so that's not an option if you are playing one. But you can still use your spies to gain intel for offensives and naval invasions and to suppress resistance.
It is actually possible to automatically repeat a "prepare collaboration government" mission as long as you have 3 spies and you leave one on quiet intel network (with at least 50% intel) while the other 2 proceed with the operation.

For all of my guides I always make dedicated spreadsheets which include, in addition to focuses and researches, a list of all the steps required in order to succeed.
