Ingredients:

For the cheesecake filling:

1 cup cream cheese, room temperature
½ cup powdered sugar

For the strawberry cookies:

2 sticks of butter, cold
½ cup white sugar
1 cup brown sugar
1 egg
3⅔ cups flour
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp baking powder
⅓ cup of strawberries, diced
1 pinch of salt (optional)

Bake at 350°F for 11—12 minutes.
