In the third video of our Green Ideas animation series, we explore the proposed carbon border adjustment mechanism coming out of the European Union. By imposing a carbon tax on imports, the European Union is hoping to drive change from within. Change that will impact the United States in their green transition as well. Most recently, the Biden Administration has proposed potential plans for a carbon border adjustment proposal as well- which could help to ensure a more coordinated, transatlantic approach to a greener world.
