Upper Body Rotation
Turn initiation should begin with the lower body and the legs turning inside the hip joint. The Femurs turn the leg to change direction.
IF your balance is not 100%, we involve our upper body by mistake to start the turns.
Watch my Upper Body rotate to start the turns (in error).

Possible Solutions:
- Bracquage Exercise;
- Hockey Stops;
- More centered balance to initiate turns with lower body.
- Drag both poles to stabilize upper body.
