If you are just looking to play the single played, and nothing more, you can skip the update, preventing it from taking up all you space on your Nintendo Switch.

This proves that they game has lastability, it's future proof, also you can use it straight out of the box, so you can even buy it for a long trip away and don't have to worry about the update.

As far as I am aware, this update gives you multiplayer... maybe your not really going to get chance to play with others.
