We all have been misguided by multiple people that Do not compare the CTC of a company but compare the Base salary. But in my opinion, this is not the correct comparison. After getting a job offer when I analyzed the per year salary of various companies I found an interesting result that a company with less base salary can give you more money at the end of the year while a company with a high base salary gives less after tax deduction.
