This is the Jumping Puzzle, Chalice of Tears, with the last 5 Mursaat Tokens.

You have to do almost the whole run to get them all. For #25 & #29, you can easily come back to the puzzle path. However for #31, #23 & #24, you cannot come back to the path unless you are a mesmer or have a mesmer buddy with you. Otherwise, you have to either kill yourself INSIDE the volcano and respawn at the last checkpoint you were at, or simply restart the whole run if you cannot kill yourself inside the volcano.

3:40 Checkpoint 1 - 29. Sopor Titanum: Within the terrifying walls of the eastern side of the inner chamber

8:25 Checkpoint 3 - 31. Sopor Titanum: Drop down the southern part toward Titan’s Perch
11:01 Checkpoint 4 - 23 & 24. Sopor Titanum: Within the walls of the easternmost part of the volcano

Alternatively, if you complete the puzzle before the 2 last tokens, you can jump back to the platform at 11:40 and continue on from there. (Thanks Entreavaux!)
NOTE: You CANNOT use Teleport to Friend in here or it resets all your checkpoints & you won't be able to open the chest! D:

If you port out, fall outside of the volcano, or take an instance change prompt, you will not be able to go back to the last checkpoint you reached.

Also, if you want to open the chest at the end, you CANNOT USE TELEPORT TO FRIEND or you will lose all checkpoints. If you just want token, it's fine but you won't have the checkpoints to fall back to :(
