[INGREDIENTS]
6 Alphonso Mangoes
Whipped Cream from ½ Cup Whipping Cream
Vanilla Essence
Simple Syrup - ¼ water + 2 Tbsp Sugar + A few drops of Vanilla Essence
6.5” Vanilla Sponge Cake (Used my eggless Vanilla Sponge Cake recipe here).
