No onion No Garlic - Methi Matar Malai | मेथी मटर मलाई । Chetna Patel Recipes

Methi Matar Malai ingredients :

1 Cup = 250 ml

Paste :
20 no - Cashew
4 tbsp - Watermelon Seeds
Wash Properly and Soak in to hot water for 1 hour and again wash it and grind it with
250 ml - Milk and Churn Properly like fine Pate

Take Pan and add
1 tbsp - Amul Salted Butter or Ghee
1 no - Bay leaf
Add above Paste boil Properly in low Flame
Salt to taste
1 tbsp - Sugar
1/2 tsp - Cardamom Powder
1/2 tsp - Roasted Kasturi Methi Powder
1/2 tsp - White Pepper Powder
Mix it well and use again
250 ml - Milk And again boil it
( Total we had used 500 ml - Milk )
Boil properly like medium thick consistency and let cool and again grind it mixie but remove Bay Leaf and grind it

Take a Pan and add
1 tbsp - Amul Butter salted
Above add grinded Paste ,add
Pinch - Nutmeg Powder
Boil in Slow Flame and Stir Continuously and add
3 tbsp - Paneer Grated
1/4 Cup - Amul Fresh Cream
1 tbsp - Sugar
2 tbsp - Mawa ( Khoya )
Boil properly, it separates butter from side then add
1 Cup - Peas boiled
3 tbsp - Fried Fenugreek leaves ( methi )
And mix it well and boil little bit and Serve :
Fresh Cream
Grated Paneer
4-5 no - Boiled Peas ( Decoration)

Fried Methi :
Wash Chopped methi properly and boiled it ( boil in water for 2 min )
Strain in strainer and let cool and squeeze it n spread it in Napkeen for little bit dry it and fry it ... u can keep in airtight container in fridge for 1 year )
