Bee Hive Robbing Screens & How Robbing Screen Work

How do bee robbing screens work? During time of dearth (no nectar) robbing is a common problem. It's simply natures way of the weaker trying to take from the strong. Some beekeepers, like to use robbing screens as a way to prevent robbing. In this video, I show some very simple robbing screens I made and explain how they work to help reduce robbing bees and wasp.
In most cases a strong bee colony can defend their home quite well and a robbing screen is not needed.
