1 kg mutton or meat of your choice ( bong ka meat is preferable )
10 green chilli
5-6 red chilli
1 tbsp salt
1 garlic 🧄
1 onion 🧅
1.25 liter

1 cup oil
2 tsp cumin seeds
2 inch cinnamon stick
5-6 cloves
1 star anise
1 mace
9-10 cardamom
2 black cardamom
3 tbsp ginger garlic paste
15 green chilli chopped
2 large golden fried onion
1 tbsp yellow chilli powder or red chilli powder
1 tbsp chat masala
2 tbsp salt
1 cup curd
2 tbsp green chilli pickle
5 cup Golden rice well soaked ( 1 kg )
2 cup water ( 500 ml )
red orange colour mix with 2 tbsp curd or milk
