Turn cottage cheese and avocado into a creamy, flavorful sauce by blending them with hot honey, cilantro, and lime. Trust me, it’s a game changer! 👌

► INGREDIENTS I USED:

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
2 medium sweet potatoes, cubed
3/4-1 cup water
Taco seasoning (use my homemade recipe or store-bought)
1 avocado, cubed
Cottage cheese
Hot honey

HOW TO MAKE HOT HONEY GROUND BEEF BOWLS:

Cook the Ground Beef:
Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the beef with taco seasoning while cooking. Once fully cooked, add 3/4 to 1 cup of water and season again to taste. Let it simmer for a few minutes.

Prepare the Sweet Potatoes:
Cube the sweet potatoes into bite-sized pieces, season with avocado oil and some taco seasoning to taste. Air fry at 390°F for 14-16 minutes, tossing halfway through.

Assemble the Bowl:
Layer the seasoned ground beef and roasted sweet potatoes in a bowl. Add cubed avocado and a scoop of cottage cheese. Drizzle hot honey over the top for the perfect balance of sweet and spicy!
