MGTT Soundbank: Sound Effects

- This is a mostly complete soundbank for miscellaneous sound effects in Mario Golf: Toadstool Tour. I had to play without music and extract clips where there was no weather or course hazards to minimize interference, with the exception of the first set which are combinations of wind velocities and rain.
- I will annotate the SFX to clarify what they are later.
- I didn't include the intro scene since the music cannot be removed from it without hacking. I want voices to be as clear as possible.
