Ingredients:

2-3 medium-sized potatoes
1 large onion
2-3 cloves of garlic
1-inch piece of ginger
2-3 tablespoons of chilli sauce
1-2 tablespoons of tomato sauce
Salt to taste
Sugar to taste
Oil for frying

Instructions:

1. Boil the potatoes and cut them into small cubes.
2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onions, garlic, and ginger until they're lightly browned.
3. Add the chilli sauce, tomato sauce, salt, and sugar to the pan and stir well.
