View of the concert venue west of Moscow that became scene of a shooting massacre on March 22 in which at least 137 people were killed and 180 others were injured.

Islamic State has released a graphic video of gunmen shooting civilians at the Crocus City music venue in Moscow, undermining the Kremlin’s attempts to blame the attack on Ukraine.

The video’s release coincided with a day of mourning in Russia as the authorities raised the death toll to 137, including three children, in the dead­liest attack in the country since the ­Beslan school siege in 2004.

The Kremlin has repeatedly tried to insinuate Kyiv’s involvement despite overwhelming evidence that it was carried out by Islamic State (Isis).
