Norwegian Prima in Isafjordur Iceland | Visiting the Stunning Dynjandi Waterfall!

I woke up to stunning scenery sailing into Isafjordur on the NCL Prima, only the second time that the Prima has been to Isafjordur as the port dredging project that took a few years longer than anticipated finally completed just a couple weeks before my cruise! Although the scenery was beautiful, the weather wasn't... but it didn't matter because I was going on my excursion regardless!

I booked a 3.5 hour Viator excursion to visit the Dynjandi waterfall, and it was incredible. I battled the elements to climb up partway to see the incredible landscape and rushing waterfall. Such a picturesque place, and I'm sure in good weather it would have been even more incredible! But I still enjoyed every moment.

After the excursion, I spent some time in the spa, then headed to the VIP cocktail party, followed by a delicious dinner at Nama Sushi and then some Karaoke time with new cruise friends! All in all, a wonderful second day on this 10-day SOLO cruise! I am already pretty sure this cruise will be at the top of my favorites list.
