Here's a 30-minute yoga class for those who suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome, wrist issues and other MSDs. (For most of this, you won't need a mat or gym gear.)

Hopefully these exercises will provide some relief for you, but make sure you don't overdo it. If you're currently in pain, take it easy!! And since a lovely pregnant lady asked for this, it's antenal-friendly, hurray :-)
