How to Delete Saved Chats on Snapchat

Deleting saved chats on Snapchat depends on whether you're unsaving a specific message, deleting a sent message, or clearing an entire conversation from your view. To unsave a message you previously saved within a chat, simply tap and hold on that specific message, then select "Unsave in Chat." This will remove the save indicator from your end, and the message will disappear for both parties after 24 hours if the other person hasn't also saved it. If you want to completely delete a message you sent, even if the recipient saved it, tap and hold the message and choose "Delete." Confirming this action will remove the message from both your chat and the recipient's. To clear an entire conversation from your chat feed, which only removes it from your view, go to your Profile, tap the Gear icon for Settings, scroll down to "Privacy Controls," and select "Clear Conversations." Find the specific conversation and tap the "X" next to it to remove it from your history.
