The handling of hazardous goods or bulk materials is increasingly carried out using big bags. That is why we have developed a fully automatic big bag filling system. Thanks to the highest filling performance and fully autonomous processing of single-loop big bags, this system is an absolute novelty on the market.

Description of the automatic station operation.
After placing the roll with containers on the unwinding table, the operator starts the filling station loading process in automatic mode.

The containers are fed one by one along the unwinding table belt into the robot manipulator gripping zone;
• the bag liner opening mechanism opens the liner and fixes it for gripping by the robot manipulator;
• the robot manipulator grips the container neck, moves it and places it on the unloading pipe;
• the pressing mechanism (neck fixation) is turned on;
• the bag inflation system shutter opens, the fan is turned on. After the container is formed, the fan is turned off, the shutter is closed;
• the loading shutter and the aspiration system shutter open, the material is continuously weighed (using strain gauges);
• when the specified value of the soft container weight is reached, the loading shutter and the aspiration system shutter close; then the mechanism for straightening the neck of the bag insert is activated to capture it with the sealer and seal the valve;
• the transport conveyor is turned on and operates in the step-by-step switching mode;
• then the bag is lifted using the gripping mechanism and the sealed neck is inserted into the container;
• using the printing device, the containers are marked with the packaging date and batch number, barcode (optional);
• then the filled containers are removed from the belt conveyor by a forklift.

The equipment included in the complex is manufactured at our plant, with the exception of robotic manipulators. It is possible to assemble robots of the brands you need (KUKA, Fanuc, ABB, Yaskawa, Kawasaki and others). Included in the Borunte package.
The packaging complex allows you to pack 40/60/80 large-sized packages per hour.
