A unique fair is also organized in Buxar where five Kos are spaced at five different places in five days. According to the traditions, there is a tradition of taking different types of five dishes after resting the night at each place. It is said that when Shri Ram Ji came to Buxar at the insistence of Vishwamitra Rishi, he was able to meet many sages, so he later traveled for five days and met five sages and took his blessings and then the food items which were received by the sages in the reception of Shri Ram. The prasad is distributed even today at five places, following the same that was fed.
