guys, while changing the oil, my dad dropped the oil filter spilling a very small amount of oil on the asphalt, we put dirt on it when we were finished, then waited a few hours after rubbing it in, then swept it up and placed it in a doubled plastic bag, then took it to an approved oil collection site.
