Albion Warwick test cutting

Back when I ordered the Albion Warwick I had easy access to a suitable location for test cutting and plenty of tatami mats. Now I have neither, so I don’t get to do much test cutting. I’m quite rusty, so only basic stuff this time. The mats I’m cutting are not tatami. More on that at the end of the video.

I haven’t been able to get any proper tatami mats for quite a while. Instead I got these beach mats. They are less dense than tatami, but if rolled in pairs, like here, they are roughly equivalent to a single roll of tatami. I should probably have removed the fabric trim though, as the trim made it harder to spike the mats well.
