Eating Like a Local in Saigon – A Culinary Adventure 🇻🇳

Описание к видео Eating Like a Local in Saigon – A Culinary Adventure 🇻🇳

I am given insider knowledge by some locals here in Saigon and decide to go on a culinary adventure to eat like a local for a day.

First, we try the famous banh mi from Bánh Mì Huynh Hoa, a place that's been in business for 30 years and has a reputation as the best Banh Mi in Vietnam.

Next, we head to Quán Cơm Tấm Hồng Calmette to sample their broken rice. Initially consumed by poorer populations, this dish is now a staple of Saigon street food.

Lastly, we have the Vietnamese staple sticky rice from Peofood, which I discover is a version originally from Hanoi in the north.
