I absolutely adore London and I wanted to share this with you if you are keen to plan a trip here!

Of course the cost of staying and touring London's main tourist sites can vary greatly depending on the time of year, type of accommodation, mode of transportation, and type of activities you choose to do etc.

However, here is an average idea of costs for a 3-day itinerary of London's main tourist sites including some of my absolute faves 😍 to help you plan

Accommodation:
Budget option: hostel or budget hotel - £30-£70 per night
Mid-range option: 3-star to 4-star hotel - £100-£200 per night
Luxury option: 5-star hotel - £300-£500+ per night

Transportation:
London Underground (Tube) - £3-£5 per ride or £13.10 for a one-day travel card
Bus - £1.55-£2.40 per ride or £5.90 for a one-day bus pass
Taxi - £2.40-£3.20 per mile

Average cost of meals: approx £35 pp per day or around £14 per meal
Cup of coffee: approx £3.50
Pint of beer: approx £5.99

Day 1:
Tower of London and Tower Bridge - £28 for adult ticket, £13 for child ticket
British Museum - free admission
Covent Garden - free to explore

Day 2:
Buckingham Palace and Changing of the Guard - free to watch , check time online
National Gallery - free admission
St. James's Park - free to explore
West End theater show - £30-£100+ per ticket

Day 3:
St. Paul's Cathedral - £20 for adult ticket, £8 for child ticket
Soho and Camden - free to explore
Borough Market - free to explore, food prices vary but many options under £10
London Eye - £27 for adult ticket, £22 for child ticket
Big Ben and Parliament Square (has a statue of Madiba along with others)
