After almost 3 years of eating animal based, I have finally narrowed down what animal based foods work for me, what doesn't, and also what non-animal based foods work for me. The list of non-animal foods is small and I had to figure this out through a lot of trial and error. Please keep in mind that this is my personal experience so it will differ from yours.
