I'm officially obsessed with this quick and easy Blue Cheese Pasta. It's creamy and vibrant, and super flavourful. A perfectly indulgent dinner for one.

This pasta is exactly what I want when I'm curled up at home, by myself, in the fall or winter. It's so cozy and super satisfying. A great easy pasta that comes together in 15 minutes!
