Final Fantasy VIII - How to Abolish the Random Rule in Dollet

Hey guys, made a short video to demonstrate how to abolish the random rule in Dollet.

1: Spread Open rule in Dollet by challenging the girl in red at the car rental.
- Challenge her 2 times but reject her, challenge her 3rd time, accept and quit card game, you don't have to play with her.

2: Grab Galbadia's rule again by challenging the guard at the entrance.
- Challenge the guard until he doesn't mention about mixing rule and then returning to Dollet. You don't have to play with him

3: Returning to Dollet and head over to the hotel.
- Save your game here and do a hard reset.

4: Load your save and challenge the lady in green.
- Challenge her 2 times but reject her, challenge her 3rd time, accept and quit card game, you don't have to play with her. The random rule should be abolished.
