OnePlus 3T Flash to Stock Factory Settings OxygenOS Android 8 Oreo

Recently I am passing this phone for my dad, to simplify matter I just flash it with the latest OxygenOS stable and relock the bootloader. Here is a step by step guide on how to do it. This phone still hold up well till today.
