This Mindfulness practice prepares us for the Physical Yoga Practice. Move through this mainly floor based practice to expand your Body and renew your energy in our easy Yoga class, which is suitable for all, including Beginners Yoga. Use ‪@montblancyoga3606‬ Online Class videos to find support physically and mentally by working with the Breath, your Yoga Props and your Body. This is a 45 minute Yoga class where we focus on familiar poses and breath practices/pranayama to bring Accessible Yoga to everybody. Begin your Yoga practice with our guided easy to follow Yoga class. In this ‪@2.0_Milana‬ class we think of growing and opening by working through gentle hip and shoulder openers.
