It can be stressful navigating life in the digital era; computers, phones, apps, software, online forms, log in, log out...

I wrote 'Ghost Of Modern Times' about the feeling that everything is piling up on you and you’re running out of time. Mental stress and anxiety doesn't start with technology but the constant information overload adds to the pressure.

Some would say it's morose and defeatist dwelling on matters of mental health, allowing oneself to feel low, as if that’s something you can control when you feel bad. The process of writing is cathartic and being honest about how you feel sets a good foundation from where to rebuild.

I hope this song helps if you’re suffering with mental health issues.

This isn’t the full song, the original is very long, but so is the journey in to the depths.

There are shades of #ScottWalker and #LedZeppelin with an ethereal and grounding quality at the same time.
