This video is the property of KXAN-TV in Austin, Texas. I am sharing this video and all of the hard work and expense that KXAN-TV put into the efforts to reunite this Father with his children as my own daughter, Madison Nicole Tenn was abducted as well as those of many of my YouTube followers.

A key point which was made in this video and is important to all is that the kidnapping or abduction is a criminal act, it is not an act which usually will be rectified promptly or properly in a family court.

When my daughter Madison Nicole Tenn was abducted by her mother, then known as Shannon Dawn Phillips Waseen. I immediately went to the Sheriff's Department and then the District Attorney, Jan Scully's office here in Sacramento, California.

The Sacramento Sheriff's department was adamant there was nothing they would or could do without action from the District Attorney, Jan Scully. I, of course, went to Jan Scully's office where I was told that this was not a criminal act, it was a matter for family law. I Refused their response and stated, as I had already researched in the law library that the abduction, even by a parent who refuses to bring the child back to their home, the only home they have ever known and then takes said child across 6 United States borders is, in fact, a criminal act. District Attorney Jan Scully's office still refused to take action and stated I must leave their office. I responded, "I will not be leaving this office until a report outlining the abduction of my daughter is made." I was then told that the office would be closing at 5:00 pm and they would be locking the doors, I again reiterated, "I will not be leaving without a report, arrest me if you wish but I am not going away, my daughter has been abducted, it is a criminal act and you should have actually already started an Amber Alert and Shannon should be incarcerated.

They did then finally take a report but of course, they had no intention of following the law, as attorneys, this should have been considered a Fraud Upon The Court.

I did then after several days of delays from the district attorney's office begin interviewing family law attorney's where I was assured this was a simple matter and any judge would certainly demand that Madison be returned home. This did, in fact, correlate with all that I had read regarding the law in California.

Based upon my budget and understanding the simplicity of this matter I then retained the services of attorney Stephanie Williams. This was where matters started falling apart, Judge Thomas Cecil was appointed to judge this matter and unfortunately, he is incompetent, ignorant of the law, and in that he was friends with the abductor's attorney, Tony Nevarrez, Madison's fate was sealed by what was nothing less than a corrupt judicial system.

Shannon Dawn Phillips Waseen committed countless acts of perjury and the courts and all of their minions were willing to play along. Why? They were receiving federal incentives to separate and abuse children from thir good, fit and willing parents, in the US that is currently over 80% fathers.

The state, county, courts, judges, attorneys, and their minions received Federal VAWA dollars as a result of Shannon's false order for protection.

The State, County, Courts, judges, attorneys and all of their minions also receive federal incentive dollars through the Social Security Act Title iv-d & Title iv-e. THIS IS ACTUALLY A FEDERAL FINANCIAL INCENTIVE TO REMOVE CHILDREN FROM ONE OF THEIR PARENTS
