With the latest DCAS proposal, Tesla FSD is coming a step closer to Europe. The proposal matches really good with Tesla FSD and focuses more on results than on formulas (the way it used to be), allowing for AI systems to be used, instead of needing hard-coded rules in the software.

In this lengthy video I do a deep dive into the entire document (at least the interesting parts for us) and try to explain what it all means and what it could mean for FSD.

If this goes to the GRVA meeting in January, then maybe, if it gets approved, it means that we can get Tesla supervised FSD in Europe in January 2027. Anyone who claims otherwise on social media is just doing clickbait, because this is how the process works.
