He believes that when people embrace diversity and are able to bring their whole selves to work, innovation happens.

With the success of Work Club Sydney Barangaroo’s launch in May, Soren’s mind is focused solely on the future. With each new location, it is essential for Soren to push the boundaries; “it’s a sin not to experiment”.
