It premieres its first-ever Abundance Treasures Yu Sheng featuring a combination of its Signature La Zi Ji (“Chong Qing” Diced Chicken with Dried Chilli), Abalone and Smoked Salmon Yu Sheng to welcome the Year of the Rabbit.

The Treasure Pot Pen Cai comes with the full works of abalone, fish maw, sea cucumber, prawns, dried scallop, dried oyster, wax meat, duck, pork, chestnut, cabbage, mushroom, yam and black moss.

The Pen Cai is cooked in your choice of Traditional Abalone broth, Collagen or Sichuan Mala for a steer from the conventional.
