In this video, I break down my First Look Flexible Lending program—designed specifically for credit-rebuilding borrowers who don't fit into conventional lending boxes.

*The 36-Month Rule:*
Most conventional lenders require 7 years after bankruptcy or foreclosure. With First Look, you can qualify in just 3 years. If your bankruptcy was discharged in January 2022, you could qualify as early as January 2025.

*Primary Wage Earner Advantage:*
If you're applying with a co-borrower, we use the primary wage earner's credit score for qualifying and pricing—not the lowest score. This can save you significantly on rates.

Example: Spouse A earns $100K with a 640 score. Spouse B earns $40K with a 720 score. We use the 640 score from the primary earner for better overall pricing.

*Cash-Out Flexibility:*
Cash out up to $500,000 for home improvements, debt consolidation, or building reserves. You can even use cash-out proceeds toward your reserve requirements—huge for borrowers with equity but limited liquid savings.

*Disputed Tradelines:*
Most lenders force you to remove disputed items before approval, delaying your mortgage by months. First Look doesn't require this. We understand credit-rebuilding borrowers are actively working through disputes.

*Recent Late Payments:*
One 30-day late mortgage payment in the last 12 months? Most lenders deny you immediately. First Look allows 1x30x12 because we understand life happens.
