I try sambal terasi (Indonesian shrimp paste sambal) and tempeh (a traditional Indonesian food made from fermented soybean). This was on of the best dishes I have eaten in New York. Indonesian cuisine is very interesting and this is one of the best restaurants in New York to try Indonesian food.
