Reborn with Me! Part 8a: Creasing Reborn Baby Dolls Part 1 (in HD!)

Welcome back to Reborn with Me!

Last week, I mentioned that I like to alternate between my Blushing and Creasing work. With the "General Blushing Layers" complete, I'm ready to start working my creases!

"Creasing" is the process of darkening indentations in the vinyl to create the illusion of depth. Painting creases helps:
1. Separate fingers and toes
2. Deepen folds in the skin
3. Emphasize wrinkles
4. Shade around fat rolls to make them look "plump"

In this video, I will show you how to create the perfect custom creasing colors for all of those various creasing functions! Of course if you're not comfortable mixing a color from scratch, using whatever you used for blushing to paint the creases will also create a beautiful look. Just follow my 3 Easy Rules for Perfect Creases:
1. Don't paint the creases too dark
2. The shallower the crease, the lighter the paint. The deeper the crease, the darker the paint.
3. Add your creasing color in layers. It is always easier to add more later than to scrub off excess! Inspect your painting carefully. Cure between each layer.
