A Pilates reformer workout that’s targeted toward those who spend their days working at a desk, working on a computer, or hunched over a phone. This 32-minute reformer Pilates workout focuses on strengthening the muscles of the back, glutes, and hamstrings, while opening up the tight chest, shoulder, and hip flexor muscles that are stiffened by work at a computer, and that contribute to poor posture.

This video uses a Balanced Body Metro IQ Reformer. Heavy/light spring cues also provided for other reformer types, e.g. AeroPilates reformer.
