At a time 100 kg of Bharit is prepared in Jalgoan, so its not surprising that Jalgaon city holds Guinness World Records for the same. You may ask how they roast 100 kg of Brinjal at a time, so there is a trick for it..!
What they do is that, they put brinjal on the layer of Charcoal and above brinjal they put layer of Turkathi,after that these Turkathi is set to a fire. As these fully burns all brinjal also gets roasted till that time.
As per my experience these Jalgaon style Bharit is too much mouth watering and you should definitely try it once.
