I've been told this isn't possible without a very strong merlin-based buster crit. My immediate thought was "Challenge Accepted." Though to be honest I've actually been planning to one-shot Goetia using my Anne & Mary for almost a year. I'd been revising my strategy constantly over the past year as I got new servants, and I also did several probing runs to determine what worked and what didn't. This video is the culmination of all of that effort.
