Building 63 or 63 square is a skyscraper on yeouido island and has 63 floors. It was constructed as a landmark for summer Olympics of 1988. At that time it was the tallest building in the world outside North America and stood as the tallest building in Korea before 2003 when Hyperion tower surpassed it. Its height is 250 meters. Now the tallest building in Korea is Lotte World tower whose height is 555.6 m. But another building Hyundai Global Centre is proposed with a height of 569m. But this building is still unique because of its golden colour. As the building is gold cladded and it is the tallest gold cladded structure in the world. It is a commercial building but for visitors entertainment, there is an aquarium (aquaplanet 63) and an art gallery called 63 Art which is considered one of the highest art galleries in the world.
