In this video I show you the location for Rockruff in Pokémon Scarlet and Pokémon Violet. I give you some advice on how to catch Rockruff, too, though it is a Rock type Pokémon so it should be easy. You can use the move FALSE SWIPE if you have access to it, and consider giving Rockruff a status condition such as Paralysis, by using THUNDER WAVE. The level of Rockruff is rather low, so it should be easy to capture. Rockruff can be found in mountainous areas.
