Based on the real possession case of Clarita Villanueva in 1953, the film revolves around a woman (Jodi Sta. Maria) who is incarcerated for vagrancy and starts to develop strange behavior while in custody. As the days go by, it becomes clear that hers is a case of demonic possession.
