phol khatai 1
bari illaichi /kali illiachi 1
salt 1 tspoon for yakhni
dar chinni /cinimun 2-3
water as per need for yakhni
onion 1 slice cut
garlic ginger paste 1-2tbl spoons
red chilli powder 1 tbl spoon
chilli flakes 1 tspoon
salt 4 tbl spoons / to taste
garam masla 1 tbl spoon
deghi /biryani masala 1 tbl spoon
zeera 1 tbl spoon
yougurt 1 cup
oil 1 cup for yakhni
oil 1 cup for rice
imli 2 tbl spoons soak in water
zardah rang /yellow food colour half tspoon
