This was my 3d Modeling and texturing demoreel for the purpose of job-hunting. The description for each of my works is given below :

- Lady in Saree :This work is modeled in Maya and textured using Photoshop. The entire model (including the clothes, props) is modeled in 14,875 polygons(i.e. without smooth mesh). However, I had rendered finally using smooth mesh. There are total of 36 texture maps consisting of diffuse(also for epidermal), subdermal, backscatter, specular, specular diffuse and bump for the skin shader and other props. For the hair, I had intended to use Maya hair, and Shave haircut, but it was very 'render expensive' and my computer was unable to handle it, so I used polygons. I had modeled the body in the T-position and later rigged it for position shown in the video. This work took me a great time to finish, partly to learn subsurface scattering (I learnt it from the book 'Mastering Maya 2009' by Eric Keller)
- Brown Snake - This work is made up of 2588 polygons, without smoothing and like the above work, I had rendered in Maya smooth mesh. I had divided(separated) the snake body into 2 parts for ease of texturing. I had used 9 different maps for the diffuse, bump and specularity. The model was finally rigged using Ik splines and clusters for the pose I had intended in the turntable. Originally, this snake model was supposed was to be 'Black Mamba', but later I renamed it to a less specific 'Brown snake'.
- Old Bus- This is my last and recent work in Maya, built up of 4946 faces and 76 texture maps for the colour, bump, specular and transparencies of the various parts. The bus is modeled after the TATA 1510 pvt buses in Kerala.
-Indian Diesel locomotive WDM_2- This is my old work, which I had created in 3d studio Max. It consists of 86,619 faces and it is textured in Photoshop.
