Previously, existing customers were asked to LOG IN to their accounts on our site before they could purchase another offer, which led to much confusion and frustration (never a good thing for conversions!)

But now, Kajabi has made that process optional, and you can easily change your checkout to allow current customers to purchase another offer without having to try to remember their passwords and log in!
