Antibiotic prophylaxis issue in Inborn Errors of Immunity is a debated question because of the absolute lack of guidelines and paucity of data. This is expressed by the heterogeneity of medical behaviour mainly based on personal feeling. Moreover, the antibiotic resistance, and the patients' compliance pose the question of its real efficacy. Moreover, data on antifungal prophylaxis are really scarce. In addition, it is crucial to discuss the issue of the use of probiotics to restore intestinal and respiratory microbiomes.
