Three Cup CHICKEN & TOFU ♥ Tonight's Dinner! (San Bei Ji)

Here's a twist on my Classic Taiwanese 3 Cup Chicken (三杯雞) dish! I'm adding some Fried Tofu (三杯雞和豆腐) to the mix because I love the variety of having tofu and chicken in one entree. This is twist to my original recipe video made back in 2013!
